A student shall not possess, distribute, or be under the influence of alcoholic beverages in
school buildings, on school grounds, in school vehicles or buses, or at any school-sponsored
activity at any time, whether on or off school grounds.
1st offense – Assignment to Grainger County Alternative School for a 45-90 day placement.
2nd offense – Assignment to Kingswood School. Student must complete the program before
being allowed to return to Grainger County Schools.
